Accessibility Statement: My Grano Service

This accessibility statement applies to the My Grano service. The statement was prepared on 29 December 2020 and last updated on 16 June 2025.
Grano aims to meet the criteria of the WCAG 2.2 guidelines at the AA level.

Accessibility Status

The My Grano websites largely meet the accessibility requirements.

Non-accessible Content

The following content and functions do not yet fully comply with accessibility requirements:

  • Product images: Images on individual product pages and approval pages lack alternative text. (WCAG 1.1.1 Non-text Content)
  • Forms: Required fields are not marked in a way that is visible to screen readers. (1.3.1 Info and Relationships)
  • Semantic markup: Some elements are not semantically marked correctly. (1.3.1)
  • Text enlargement: Some elements do not scale properly when text is enlarged to 200%. (1.4.4 Resize Text)
  • Heading hierarchy: The logical structure of heading levels is inconsistent. (1.3.1)
  • Skip link: The page lacks a skip link for keyboard users to jump to the main content. (2.4.1 Bypass Blocks)
  • Focus order: The focus order in the purchase path (e.g., cart, delivery address) is illogical. (2.4.3)
  • Visible focus: Some control buttons and elements lack visible focus indicators. (2.4.7)
  • Screen reader texts: Dropdowns, form fields, buttons, and icons lack descriptive text for screen readers. (4.1.2 Name, Role, Value)

These issues will be addressed as soon as possible.

  • Design tool: Uses a third-party software component intended for visual layout design.
  • Downloadable Adobe InDesign files
